Whatever your body type or condition, we have a variety of colorful options for you to experience.

Our external training focuses on strengthening the body while developing power and improving flexibility. This training includes self-defense techniques, weapons training, and forms developed from the study of animal movements, such as black tiger or white crane.

Our internal training focuses on improving overall health through breathing, meditation, and movement designed to relax the mind and reduce stress.  Our most well known form of internal training is Tai Chi Chuan.
